Stormy trod on slender pillars through the park and under a slide for shelter from the pouring rain. Her sloped back was that of a perfect germen shepherd stance as she lied down under the slide. Stormy was a beautiful dog with large bat-like ears, she had a large black saddle on her back that stretched down to the tip of her tail and up to the tips of her ears. The rest of her was tan and her fur was very well groomed. Stormy watched the rained fall down quickly and hit the ground to be sucked back up to the clouds again. She sighed as her drenched ears drooped down slightly from the weight of the rain. Stormy's beautiful deep brown eyes watched as worried mother hustled off with their complaining children. "You'll get a cold." One said, she held and umbrella above her brown hair to shield herself from the rain. Stormy thought she seemed very greedy for not sharing the protection with her child. Stormy's mind them wondered back to when she was a pup, thrown out of a speeding car by humans. Then a big Irish wolfhound had taken her in, but when she turned two he was hit by a car trying to save her from her own carelessness. Stormy missed Trigger and wished he was back by her side offering her comfort and wisdom as he once had.

This is making me crazy These black clouds following me So I look for signs of light But rarely I see them The form of a once fluffy white canine sauntered slowly through the park, his broad head down and dark gaze facing the earth. His normally stark white pelt was now a faded and very dull gray tone and it hung from his body like an old bathroom towel dropped in the tub. Needless to say, he was pretty wet. More like stinking damn wet. But the rain was not a bother to him at the moment. Not the rain or the clouds or even the human that threatened him as he nearly walked right into her legs. He was numb to it all... Sighing sadly, the chow paused in front of the playground, his dark gaze turning up toward the black clouds covering the normally bright sky. It was almost like they had been called there to cover him, to isolate him from everything so that he might not hurt the ones he loved any longer. They were trapping him, holding him back like the bars on a cage or jail cell. Yet, the brute felt like he deserved them. He had hurt so many already, too many... I return to my shelter And I crawl in a bottle I'm losing my will for this So over emotional

Stormy was lost in thought about her life before, when she was happy. How she had been care free untill that one blue chevy drove up to her, untill Trigger had shoved her out of the way and taken the hit. A cold drop of water hit her on the muzzle and snapped her out of her daydream. She squinted through the mist and the many dropps of rain to see a drenched brute. He seemed upset about something, Stormy's brown eyes searched him thouroughly trying to see what he might be unset about. Stormy soon gave up seeing nothing but the rain that could get a dogs down, and she layed her head down on her paws and closed her eyes. Her ears though stayed pricked and alert for any danger.

Black clouds They rain down but They can't kill the sun Sighing, the chow chow sat down slowly, his joints tired and weary from the seemingly endless walking he'd been doing. He simply hadn't been able to sit still recently... He had no right to really. He had caused his mate much pain, much suffering and had even nearly killed another. They could not move, he had taken that away from them. He should be forced to endure all the moving they could ever wish to do... Keeping his gaze to the sky, the brute blinked calmly as the water hit his face in rapid succession... Confession of depression This life I'm second-guessing Like ashes to ashes I always seem to fall down I'm tired of running It's time to face my demons Confession of depression This life I'm second-guessing

Stormy opened her eyes again to see that the chow chow was still walking around, almost like he was lost or something. She lifed her head to watched him closely, then she remembered the harsh words Trigger had told her when she was nothing but a pup.
"Dont make another dog's buisness your own, you have yourself to worry about."
The thing was, before that Stormy used to try and help the other pups and sometimes bigger dogs with their problems. She sighed and stayed put, she wrapped her tail around her back paws as they were getting cold and she layed her head back down on her paws. Though this time she kept her eyes opened to watch the chow chow and see what he did.

My emotions are storming And tears fall just like rain Pain strikes like lightning Despair is becoming my friend The chow sat there, his gaze focused on the skies above like a mindless zombie for quite a while. Made sense... He was certainly a mindless bastard that cared only about himself and no one else. He was selfish, arrogant... and mean. He was mean, a true bully that everyone avoided. Finally tearing his gaze from the clouds the hovered overhead, the brute hauled himself onto his feet once again, his absorbant coat weighing him down as he moved. Keeping his stare to the path between his paws, the chow began to slowly make his leave. he was doing no one any good here. Then again, he would do no one any good anywhere aside from the Hell he deserved to go to... I return to my shelter And I crawl in a bottle I'm losing my will for this So over emotional

Stormy's ears perked as she watched him leave, to her he seemed lonely.Remembering Trigger's words she only watchedsilently from the shadow of the slide. Stormy stood up and padded in the opposite direction to sit by a tall tree which provided more shelter for the large dog. Stormy layed down again with a small shiver, she wished it were warmer like where she had be born. It was a place that was warm year round and it had never snowed. Stormy had lived there for one year and then she had been sold to a abusive owner, because her owner was drunk at the time.

The chow paused in his sulk, his dark gaze glancing over his shoulder as a stranger crawled out from beneath a slide. He had not noticed the shepherd's presence but paid it no more mind than the glance he was giving it right this minute. Sighing deep enopugh to blow the fur around upon his shoulder, the brute turned back to the path slowly, pausing a moment before walking again. He was in no mood to run up and start conversation as he usually did, but who was he to do so anyway? That was what nice, kind, caring dogs did. But he was not. He was a careless, heartless bastard, the exact kind of creature Desiree hated, the kind of creature not fit to raise pups or to rule a territory. Worhtless... Stormy noticed the chow chow glance over at her, his eyes looked dark and clouded to her. She cocked her head and sat up with a sigh, she couldnt stay put for very long. Stormy's body had alwats contained boundless energy which refused to let her stay still. She leaned sideways against the tree, the rough bark felt like it would cut her, but she forced herself to remain still. A single child that was still running from her mother stopped beside Stormy. She looked at her and Stormy ignored it as the toddler started to pet her. As much as she hated humans, Stormy didnt have the heart to hurt a young one. The mother of the child rushed the little girl off and they drove away in a car.

With his head down toward the ground and his pelt soaked to the roots, the chow slowly made his leave, the stranger pretty much forgotten in seconds. He had no reason to remember her... Plus, there was far more on his mind at the current time. Like Balthazar. What the hell was he doing here? He had to find help for his dying son. While he was here walking around feeling sorry for himself, his long lost whelp was dying and suffering back at his terra. He left with the promise of help yet he was meandering like an idiot. Standing up straight for a moment, the chow took off down the path, a new mind ste in place...

Stormy watched him leave, he seemed worried about something. Stormy yawned, her mouth streched wide as She quickly reminded herself that it was none of her buissness and she shouldnt try to change that by following him. She quickly stood and shook the sitting droplets of water out of her coat and watched as they fell quickly to the ground. Stormy slowly looked up and streched for a while. It felt good when she started to pad off, the rain had slowed to a small drizzle and Stormy could continue on her way learning her about new parts of the city.
