"Yes" Rosemary sighed and plopped into the ground and smiled at Magnum.

Turning his gaze to the female beside him quickly, a growl in his throat, but only a quiet one.
No! I won't act like this!
Oh hush up. It's been far too long since you let me have some fun...
No! Leave me alone!
Relax, my friend. I promise not to hurt them...
You are not my friend!
Shaking his head violently from one side to another, the malamute backed up a short way, his paw landing in a small puddle left over from yesterday's rains. Glancing down at his muddy reflection, purple gaze looked back at him, and the usually cheerful dog looked like he'd just seen a ghost...
"L-look... Jus' trus' me sheelas. there's no good 'n leavin'. Now.. I-I gotta go... somewhere. Please don' leave..."
Beginning to trot passed the females, Magnum tried to keep his gaze down, away from their eyes...

She shared a glance with her sister for a while then stood up and said "Wait dont go" as she spoke to him she tried to catch up with him. when she was side by side with him she said "Wait you cant go, you've helped me so much. Please dont leave me, like everyone else has .... "

Still keeping his gaze toward the ground, the malamute tried to force a smile that wasn't too cocky... but his other side was making things difficult. His stride didn't break as he continued down the ridge, finding the presence of the females comforting yet worrying....
"Don' worry sheelas. I'm not leavin', jus' goin' off somewhere where I won' hurt no one is all. I simply can' trus' meself at tha' moment."
Aw come on buddy!
In now way shape or form am I anything even close to your buddy!
I'm telling you-
You're telling me nothing!
Twitching again as he fought mentally with himself, Magnum slowed his pace a little and mumbling under his breath...
"Don' trus' meself at all..."

Bridget slowed her pace down as she was confused. What was wrong with him. She then asked "Where are you going? And what do you mean ... you dont trust yourself?"

The malamute gave the canine beside him a gentle smile. How little she knew, how much she wanted to change that... but Magnum didn't think they'd accept the other side him, the side he truly didn't trust.
What's not to trust? i'm just out to have a good time, you know that...
"It ain't tha' important sheela. Nothin' you should worry your pretty lil' head 'bout."
I'm telling you over and over again my friend. She'll love me...

Having been resisting the other side for some time, the malamute was beginning to weaken in his mental defences, which showed in his stare. Lifting an eyebrow suspciously, he stared at Bridget with an estranged glare, the closest eye to her turning a light shade of icy blue for the moment and his accent fading.
"Woah. Relax a little. Geez. It's not that serious..."
His voice held a tone of arrogance for a moment before he stopped in his tracks, shaking his head from side to side violently. There was no way in hell he was about to leave these two alone with that other side....

Bridget kept her cold gaze at him and said under her breath. Quite enough not to be heard, yet just loud enough for him to hear. "What is he hiding? What is it he doesnt want to share with me? With us?" She looked at him. Then she noticed. Was it just her, or were his eyes a different color a few minutes ago?

Ignoring the female's silent observation, it took the brute a little more shaking before he was finally back in his own state... for the most part. Pausing where he stood, a deep breath was let out in the form of a sigh, a pathetic attempt at calming down. It worked for the most part...
You asshole! I was so close! Grrr... I'm telling you, one glance at me and they'll be long gone. You won't have to drive them off this way and we can be all alone...
Instinctively, Magnum scrunched his snout, but let it drop soon enough. He didn't want the girls to think he was doing it in response to something they'd done. No, this had nothing to do with them and, with luck, it would stay that way...
"I'm sorry to see this bother you sheela, but I simply don' think you wanna know... Or tha' you should know... "

Bridget rolled her eyes. She then saw his point. She would give him his space. for the time being. She said "Ok, I understand" she then added "I think I do anyways" She then let a smile rise on her face, and pretended she didnt know a thing. acted as if it never happend

Matching her smile with one of his own, the malamute nodded toward the female, glad that she at least had an idea as to where he was getting at... however faint that idea might be.
"Glad ta hear it sheela. You're th-"
The brute was cut off suddenly by a sharp pain in the back of his head, almost as if his skull was being separated from his spine. Crying out, he stumbled off to the side a bit. Maybe the shaking hadn't worked as well as he had planned...

Catching his footing the best he could, the brute tried to compose himself in as normal a way as possible. It was pretty convincing when he gave the female a warm smile, but his legs were shaking and his fur slightly paled.
"I-I'm fin'... Jus' gotta la' down.."
Picking up his pace again, the malamute began a sluggish trot, stumbling again after a few paces but he soon got back to his feet...
